Payment

You can pay through our secure online checkout, by telephone with your card details, or via an emailed payment link. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not store your credit card details.

Pricing and Currency

All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any import taxes and duties applied by your country, and for checking that our products can legally be imported there.

Delivery

UK mainland delivery is charged using Royal Mail weight tables. Orders under 2kg are typically sent via Royal Mail; heavier orders are sent by courier. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to three working days. Special provisions apply to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and international orders, see our Delivery Information page for details.

Address Accuracy

It's your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. We're unable to offer a refund or free replacement for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the price of the goods minus our original postage cost.

Returns

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind, at your own cost. Used or opened products cannot be returned. Damaged items should be reported to us by email with photographic evidence as soon as possible. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

We take reasonable care to keep our website free from viruses, but we can't guarantee this and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from their presence.
