Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return goods to us. Return postage is payable by the customer.

Condition of Returned Goods

Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at orders@thehealthcorner.co.uk with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when ordering. We cannot offer a refund or free replacement where goods are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the price of the goods minus our original postage cost.
